The Finlandia FIN-80 electric sauna heater is engineered for sauna rooms up to 425 cubic feet (CF).

The wall-mounted FIN-80 sauna heater generates an intensely, penetrating heat. The unit includes professional-grade stainless-steel heating elements, durable stainless components, and a large rock capacity.

The FIN-80 is designed so that that the sauna rocks are in direct contact with the heating elements for optimal heat efficiency. Its large rock capacity ensures an even and consistent heat.

The FIN-80 8kW heater is available in 240V, single-phase (1PH) and 208V, three-phase (3PH) configurations. The sauna unit may be ordered with the standard red enamel finish or the optional stainless-steel exterior (FIN-80-S).

Finlandia FIN Series sauna heaters are engineered to provide years of reliable and efficient operation. Staying true to the company’s deep Finnish roots, the FIN-80 electric sauna stove fills the room with waves of invigorating heat. The unit is perfect for any home sauna kit.

When you buy a sauna, value and quality are important. Finlandia sauna heating units are made by Harvia manufacturing company and are designed, engineered, and crafted in Finland.

The FIN-80 requires a control for operation, sold separately. For 240V/1PH operation, the CX170 control or F2T control with the FX402 contactor can be used. For 208V/3PH operation, the CX170 control or FT2 control with the FX303 contactor can be used. For commercial applications, the FIN-80 can be run 24 hours a day with the CX170 control and 24H7D time clock, or the F2 control with its respective contactor and 24H7D time clock.

The FIN-80 carries a limited lifetime warranty and is fully serviceable. All Finlandia and Harvia sauna heaters are UL and ETL listed for your safety.

Warranty

 

This FINLANDIA SAUNA heater is guaranteed for one year from date of purchase, and includes all heater parts such as heating elements, controls, contactors, etc.

This guarantee covers faults in manufacture and material only, and includes the exchange of new parts supplied by the manufacturer or manufacturer’s agent, after the faulty part has been returned to same. The replacement of parts under warranty does not extend the warranty period beyond the original one year.
The guarantee does not cover defects caused by normal wear and tear, defects caused by improper installation, poor maintenance, or failure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions for installation, use and care, or alterations made to the Sauna product. This guarantee is void if the heater is used improperly, pool or spa water should not be poured over the Sauna stones, as chemicals are harmful to the heater; the Sauna room must be heated for at least 30 minutes before water is poured over the stones, only one or two dippers full of water should be poured over the hot stones at one time. This guarantee will be void if a shower has been installed in the Sauna room.
This guarantee does not cover delivery cost of the faulty part or costs of the person carrying out the repair in the field. If the Sauna heater is returned to the manufacturer of manufacturer’s agent in Portland, Oregon, within five years after date of purchase, the agent will provide free labor for repair, but will charge for parts if date of purchase is past one year.
This guarantee will be void if installation and wiring is not carried out by a certified electrician or authorized and qualified service representative.

When will I know my order has shipped?

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

 

When will my order ship?

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at customercare@nordicasauna.com.  

No shipping outside the lower 48 States in the USA.

 

What if my shipment is damaged?

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage, you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrive damaged please send photos to customercare@nordicasauna.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Cancellations of customer orders

Custom or made to order products cannot be canceled or refunded as these products are put into production specifically for your order.  These units are custom made to your specification or created once you order. Once you place your order they start building your unit. Your warranty will guarantee you a fully functional and operational product. If it is not clear whether your order is custom or made to order, please message or call us. 

All sales are final for Custom made and Made-to-order products.

 

Refunds & Returns

If you need to exchange your product, you may do so.  You, as the customer, are responsible for any shipping costs throughout any returns or exchange processes. 

Not all orders are available for return once they have shipped.  We order products directly from the manufacturer. Therefore, if the manufacturer will not permit us to return a product, we cannot offer you a return. This often varies on a case-by-case basis; please reach out to us if you would like specific information on your brand and/or product. 

Due to drastically increasing LTL/freight shipping costs, any outright returns will incur a 25% cancellation fee + return shipping costs. If you are replacing the product with something else, we may be able to help you cover some of the costs depending on the product.

Seller reserves the right to refuse to refund any deposit or payment, or cancel any payment due, and any owing until such time as Seller a) is in receipt of the goods b) has inspected the goods and c) in the Sellers discretion, has found the goods to be free of damage. All refunds will be provided within 5 business days once the product has been returned to the warehouse and inspected for damage.

In-Home Delivery ships via Freight to the 48 contiguous states. The freight company will deliver your massage chair inside your home (no stairs) just inside the doorway. Please check the box dimensions and ensure it will fit through your doorway. Assembly is required and can take 30-90 minutes, depending on the chair.

In-Home Delivery and Assembly – Avg. Shipping Time 10-20 Business Days

In-Home Delivery and Assembly is the same as White Glove Delivery. Your massage chair will be shipped via Freight to the White Glove Delivery warehouse. They will contact you to schedule a delivery time and date when they receive your order.

The White Glove Delivery team consists of a two person installation team that will deliver (up to 2 flights of stairs), unpack, and install your massage chair in your room of choice. These are not professional massage chair installation experts but a furniture installation team. They may or may not have installed your massage chair model before.

Do I need White Glove Setup or can I do it myself?

The chairs are simple to setup. It only takes about 20 minutes. The only reason setup is required is because most chairs ship with the arms detached to make it narrower, lighter and easier to move into your home.
The setup is basically just screwing the arms to the chair. It includes easy to follow instructions and does not require special tools or skills. There are also wheels on the bottom of the chair to make it easier to move.
If you want them to setup the chair inside your home, please select the option for “White Glove Setup”. We don't recommend it for most people it because it's an easy way to save yourself the money. But we're happy to add it to your order if you'd like.
