Dundalk The Baltic Plunge Tub | CT33BP

The Baltic Cold Plunge therapy tub can be used with our electric chiller unit or you can keep the water cold by adding ice as needed. This Canadian-made cold therapy barrel completes the saunas in our Canadian Timber Collection, which is made with Eastern White Cedar and shipped assembled and ready to use. The tub is made with a plastic HDPE liner and stainless steel bands on the outside and will hold 150 gallons (570litres) of water, upgrade the cold tub with our optional accessories.

5-Year Warranty

The Baltic Plunge Cold Tub by LeisureCraft Inc. is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship under normal/residential use for five (5) years, as applicable, from the product’s receipt date. This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear and/or natural weather conditions. This warranty does not cover regular required maintenance (e.g., cleaning or staining). Refer to your assembly manual for maintenance guidelines. This warranty does not cover misuse or negligence; the manufacturer and associated retailers are not liable for any injury or damage caused by the product. This warranty is a parts-only warranty; any service or labor costs would not be considered part of the 5-year warranty.

Please check the box dimensions and ensure it will fit through your doorway. Assembly is required and can take 30-90 minutes, depending on the chair.

In-Home Delivery – Avg. Shipping Time 7-10 Business Days

In-Home Delivery ships via Freight to the 48 contiguous states. The freight company will deliver your massage chair inside your home (no stairs) just inside the doorway. Please check the box dimensions and ensure it will fit through your doorway. Assembly is required and can take 30-90 minutes, depending on the chair.

In-Home Delivery and Assembly – Avg. Shipping Time 10-20 Business Days

In-Home Delivery and Assembly is the same as White Glove Delivery. Your massage chair will be shipped via Freight to the White Glove Delivery warehouse. They will contact you to schedule a delivery time and date when they receive your order.

The White Glove Delivery team consists of a two person installation team that will deliver (up to 2 flights of stairs), unpack, and install your massage chair in your room of choice. These are not professional massage chair installation experts but a furniture installation team. They may or may not have installed your massage chair model before.

Do I need White Glove Setup or can I do it myself?

The chairs are simple to setup. It only takes about 20 minutes. The only reason setup is required is because most chairs ship with the arms detached to make it narrower, lighter and easier to move into your home.
The setup is basically just screwing the arms to the chair. It includes easy to follow instructions and does not require special tools or skills. There are also wheels on the bottom of the chair to make it easier to move.
If you want them to setup the chair inside your home, please select the option for “White Glove Setup”. We don't recommend it for most people it because it's an easy way to save yourself the money. But we're happy to add it to your order if you'd like.
